The law firm was started in 1948, but has had its current line up of partners since 1999. Mike, Langdon and Bill have over fifty (50) years of combined experience. Our firm has always primarily represented people who have been injured in accidents. The firm has always been small and has always emphasized excellent and ethical representation of its clients.
A trademark of our firm has always been its willingness to take cases clear through the court system if the situation warrants. Although most cases are settled, every year the firm takes a number of cases to trial.
Our firm has always handled all sizes of cases. If a client has been injured in an accident caused by the negligence of another we will attempt to recover all possible damages.
Whether your case is large or small call us at the earliest time possible. Remember all cases have time limits in which action must be instituted. The earlier we begin helping you the better the result should be. Do not delay.
Referrals from other licensed law firms have always been accepted. Fee agreements are negotiated in compliance with all Texas State Bar Regulations.
